About Brian

Brian brings over 25 years of professional tree service experience to every job, with a career rooted in safety, wildfire mitigation, and respect for the land. His background spans residential tree care, large-scale vegetation management, and high-risk wildfire environments—experience that few tree service operators can match.

Brian holds three professional licenses, including an LTO B license with Cal Fire, a CSLB license for tree services, and a General B Contractor’s license. This combination allows him to approach each project with a deep understanding of tree work, property protection, and structural considerations—especially critical in mountain and fire-prone communities.

Throughout his career, Brian has worked as a timber faller on active wildland fires, supporting emergency response efforts in challenging and dangerous conditions. He has also worked directly with the U.S. Forest Service and partnered with the USDA to help create defensible space within our own local mountain ranges—work that protects homes, infrastructure, and natural ecosystems.

Brian’s experience extends beyond standard tree work. He has collaborated with biologists, biological monitors, archaeologists, and environmental specialists, ensuring projects meet environmental and regulatory standards. He has also subcontracted for utility companies, performing vegetation management specifically designed to reduce wildfire risk around critical infrastructure.

In addition to field work, Brian runs a custom tree mill, transforming salvaged and removed trees into one-of-a-kind wood pieces for homes. From custom slabs to functional and decorative builds, this work reflects his belief that trees should be respected—even after they come down.
